About Virtual learning horizon
Welcome to Virtual Learning Horizon, an innovative educational platform designed to create inclusive and immersive learning experiences through Virtual Reality technology.
Our Story
My name is Asela Bandara, and I currently work as a Video Editor and Colorist in the film and video industry. With a background in multimedia and filmmaking, I am passionate about combining creative storytelling with technology to create meaningful educational experiences for children and students.
Virtual Learning Horizon was developed with the vision of making education more accessible for children with mobility impairments and learners who face physical barriers in traditional educational environments. The project focuses on creating immersive learning opportunities that allow students to explore educational content in a more engaging and interactive way.
A major part of this project is built using 360-degree video content, allowing users to experience virtual tours, educational environments, historical locations, nature exploration, and cultural experiences through Virtual Reality. By using 360-degree immersive videos, students can virtually visit places and interact with educational experiences that may not always be physically accessible to them.

Through this project, we hope to inspire a future where education has no physical limitations and every student can explore, learn, and experience the world beyond boundaries.
